Currently a contemporary Cuban house that in its foundations hides the history of a colonial house. A cozy, spacious house with terraces full of vegetation that grows on ordinary masonry walls 45 cm thick, and is enhanced by an immense patio, acquired by the family as a small 19th century farm, which at that time was located on the outskirts of the colonial city.

An immense garden benefits the house with generous fruits and shades, which provides the rooms with a natural fresh breeze within the tropical climate of the city, hiding stories yet to be revealed about the ancient deposits that one day were sources of natural gas and provide fuel. that gives birth to an entire city, currently remaining evidence in the form of ruins, and making these lands very fertile.
